Wu Qu: The Wealth Star, practical, decisive, gets things done
Wherever Wu Qu lands, that area runs on practicality and efficiency. In the Wealth Palace you are sharp with numbers and earn by skill, in the Career Palace you execute well and suit managing money or resources, in the Spouse Palace you show love by doing rather than saying. Wu Qu brings firmness and substance; gentle words are not its strength.
Where Wu Qu sits on the chart
Wu Qu belongs to the Zi Wei group and always sits 4 boxes back from Zi Wei, so its distance from Zi Wei never changes and it forms only six combinations with the other major stars.

Brightness
Exalted: Chou, Chen, Wei and Xu; Strong: Zi and Wu; Favorable: Yin and Shen; Fair: Mao and You; Neutral: Si and Hai.

What to check first when reading Wu Qu
Read Wu Qu by its partner. It is one of the few major stars that never falls, but a companion star changes it a great deal: with Tian Fu it is steady, with Tan Lang success comes later, with Tian Xiang it values trust, with Qi Sha it is at its hardest, with Po Jun it tears down before it builds. Hua Lu and Hua Quan both concern money and power; Hua Ji means heavy pressure around money and responsibility.
