Counting one palace forward from Tian Tong always lands on Wu Qu, and the Spouse Palace always sits one palace forward from the Children Palace, so with Tian Tong in the Children Palace the Spouse Palace always holds Wu Qu: the shape of your partnership is often also the way the two of you face the next generation together.
