How to read the Siblings Palace
- Start with the major star. The star in the Siblings Palace describes what your peers are like and how you get on: Tian Fu and Tian Xiang lean steady and dependable, Qi Sha and Po Jun independent and changeable, Tai Yang and Tian Liang toward looking out for each other, Ju Men and Tian Ji toward lots of discussion and ideas. - Look at the Siblings–Friends axis and the triad. Opposite the Siblings Palace is the Friends Palace: one side is your own people, the other the friends and staff you meet out in the world. Its triad is the Property and Health Palaces; this site gives no health readings from the Health Palace.
- Look at transformations and malefic stars. Hua Lu here means warm relations with peers who often bring each other opportunities; Hua Ji means you care a great deal and friction comes easily; malefic stars often mean lots of opinions and competition.
The fixed links to the Life, Spouse and Friends Palaces
The Life Palace always sits one palace forward from the Siblings Palace and the Spouse Palace one palace backward, and the fourteen major stars always keep the same positions relative to each other. So 9 stars fix the Life Palace and 9 stars fix the Spouse Palace as soon as they land in the Siblings Palace. Tian Fu always faces Qi Sha and Tian Xiang always faces Po Jun, so for those four stars the Friends Palace is fixed as well.
