Birth-year transformations in the Property Palace
Under the Four Transformations table of the Complete Book of Zi Wei Dou Shu, Tian Xiang never transforms, so Tian Xiang in the Property Palace never carries a birth-year Hua Lu, Hua Quan, Hua Ke or Hua Ji of its own. Why is Tai Yin always in the Life Palace when Tian Xiang is in the Property Palace?
It follows from how the stars are placed. Counting three palaces backward from Tian Xiang always lands on Tai Yin, and the Life Palace always sits three palaces backward from the Property Palace. So whenever Tian Xiang is in the Property Palace, Tai Yin is always in the Life Palace.
