Po Jun in the Property Palace: The Kind of Home You Want

Po Jun in the Property Palace means your home often goes through "tear down first, then rebuild": starting over, major renovations, leaving the old place behind. The old texts say Po Jun here means "the ancestral estate is worn down; better to acquire your own".

Counting five palaces forward from Po Jun always lands on Ju Men, and the Wealth Palace always sits five palaces forward from the Property Palace, so with Po Jun in the Property Palace the Wealth Palace always holds Ju Men: one palace shows how money is earned, the other whether it stays. With Po Jun in the Property Palace, the Wealth Palace always holds Ju Men, the Children Palace always holds Tian Xiang and the Siblings Palace always holds Qi Sha: you earn through your words and expertise, the next generation tends to follow the rules, and siblings and peers are driven.
