Which star takes Lu in your birth year
The birth-year Four Transformations are set by the heavenly stem of your birth year: people born in a Jia year get Hua Lu on one star, people born in a Yi year on another. What we measured
How we counted: our engine cast one Zi Wei chart for every day from 1960 to 2005, with the birth hour drawn by a fixed-seed random sample, 16,802 charts in all. This shows how chart structures are distributed; it says nothing about anyone’s fortunes.
In our sample, about 7.8% of people have the birth-year Hua Lu in the Travel Palace; the most common stars are Tian Liang (12.1%), Lian Zhen (11.4%), Ju Men (11.0%). Hua Lu spreads fairly evenly over the palaces, and no palace is especially rare. The real differences lie in which star takes Lu, how bright that star is, and what other stars share the palace or sit opposite it.
