With Tian Xiang in the Mind Palace, the Life Palace always holds Tan Lang: lively, changeable and interested in everything on the outside, yet inside you long for stability and order. Call it "busy outside, calm inside": you can enjoy yourself freely, but you also need to come home to a tidy place.

Birth-year transformations in the Mind Palace
Under the Four Transformations table of the Complete Book of Zi Wei Dou Shu, Tian Xiang never transforms, so Tian Xiang in the Mind Palace never carries a birth-year Hua Lu, Hua Quan, Hua Ke or Hua Ji of its own. Why does someone with Tian Xiang in the Mind Palace always have Tan Lang in the Life Palace?
It comes from how the stars are placed. Counting two palaces back from Tian Xiang always lands on Tan Lang, and the Life Palace always sits two palaces back from the Mind Palace. So when Tian Xiang is in the Mind Palace, Tan Lang is always in the Life Palace.
How common is Tian Xiang in the Mind Palace?
