Wu Qu + Qi Sha in Zi Wei
Wu Qu (the General of Wealth) and Qi Sha (the Marshal) sit together in the Mao and You branches, Wu Qu fair and Qi Sha strong. Both are hard stars, making this one of the toughest combinations in Zi Wei. Wu Qu stands for decisiveness and money, Qi Sha for charging ahead and independence. These people move fast, take risks and don't dither; once they decide, they act and rarely look back. The old texts carry a warning about Wu Qu + Qi Sha: money easily becomes a source of conflict. Today that can be read as a reminder to spell things out clearly in partnerships, loans and profit-sharing.
The difference between the two branches lies in Tian Fu in the opposite palace. With the Life Palace in Mao, Tian Fu opposite in You is strong, so there is a solid treasury behind them and somewhere to fall back after charging out. With the Life Palace in You, Tian Fu opposite in Mao is only favorable; the power to hold ground is weaker, and they need to leave themselves a way out. The Wealth Palace holds Lian Zhen + Tan Lang, so money comes through networking and savvy; the Career Palace holds Zi Wei + Po Jun, so in their career they want to be in charge and love to start new things. The whole triangle is made of the Zi Wei/Tian Fu stars and the Sha-Po-Lang group, and life usually brings several big rises and falls.

On the four MBTI axes: ESTJ
These are the star-group scores (Life Palace in full, opposite palace half, Wealth and Career a quarter each); positive leans E, N, T, J and negative leans I, S, F, P. An axis at 0 is a tie at the star-group level; we default to ESTJ’s letter.
Extraversion 0.38, almost dead center. Wu Qu and Tian Fu in the opposite palace each subtract 0.5, pulling inward, while Lian Zhen + Tan Lang in the Wealth Palace (+0.75) and Zi Wei + Po Jun in the Career Palace (+0.625) push outward. So these people don't enjoy socializing but can step forward when needed.
Sensing 3.25, very pronounced. Wu Qu subtracts 2 points, Qi Sha 1 point and Tian Fu opposite another 1 point; the intuitive stars in the triangle pull back less than 1 point.

This axis is exactly a tie at the star-system level: Wu Qu +1 and Tian Fu opposite +1 want order, while Qi Sha -1.5 and the Wealth and Career Palaces together -0.5 want change. Reading Wu Qu + Qi Sha in ESTJ terms
In ESTJ terms, Wu Qu + Qi Sha has very strong extraverted Thinking (Te), with a T score of 3.5: the focus is on results, efficiency and accountability, and personal feelings rarely come first in decisions. They are very firm in decisions, which doesn't necessarily mean a bad temper. Both stars are hard stars: they decide fast, rarely compromise and speak bluntly, so they can seem hard to approach. But their hardness is usually about the task, not the person. They are willing to take responsibility for the team, and once you know them, they turn out to be quite loyal.
