Tian Tong + Ju Men is one of the sixty Life Palace star groups in Zi Wei Dou Shu and appears in the Chou and Wei branches. First we look at how these stars behave in Zi Wei, then where they land on the four MBTI axes, and finally we set the two systems side by side.
Tian Tong + Ju Men in Zi Wei
Tian Tong (the Contented One) and Ju Men (the Great Gate) share a palace only in the Chou and Wei branches, and both stars are weak there, meaning their power doesn't flow smoothly. Tian Tong is the star of good fortune and wants stability, harmony and fewer hassles; Ju Men is the dark star, bringing an extra layer of doubt about things and an extra layer of reserve in speech. Put in the same palace, the common picture is someone easygoing on the surface who keeps turning over what another person really meant, wants to step back for some peace and quiet, yet easily gets pulled into gossip and disputes.
The opposite palace has no major star, and the Wealth Palace is empty too; the only major star in the triangle is Tian Ji in the Career Palace. The two forces in the Life Palace pull against each other and outside support is thin, so the base of the personality is mostly decided by the Life Palace itself, while at work they find their way through Tian Ji's thinking and planning.
