What we measured
How we counted: our engine cast one Zi Wei chart for every day from 1960 to 2005, with the birth hour drawn by a fixed-seed random sample, 16,802 charts in all. This shows how chart structures are distributed; it says nothing about anyone’s fortunes.
In our sample, about 8.5% of people have the birth-year Hua Quan in the Mind Palace; the most common stars are Po Jun (11.8%), Ju Men (11.4%), Tai Yang (10.7%). Hua Quan spreads fairly evenly over the palaces, and no palace is especially rare. The real differences lie in which star takes Quan, how bright that star is, and what other stars share the palace or sit opposite it.
