Direction: which star lands on your home sector
The Chou home sector is the Northeast (Chou, Gen and Yin all sit there). The star arriving in 2027 is the 3 Jade (Lu Cun), Wood, into the Earth palace of Gen — wood controls earth, and flying-star convention marks this corner for disputes and arguments.

People: who you work with most easily

A clash year especially needs people who are not inside the situation; their read will be straighter than anyone in it.
